〈 PAYMENTS 〉
All payments will be done through VGEN or KO-FI (Based on the site YOU order from)Moth requires all payments to be upfront. If the payment isn't sent within 7 days, Moth will cancel the order. You are allowed to re-commission if this were to happen!
〈 CREDIT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 〉
All due credit is also a must. This means that the client can post art purchased from Moth on any platform, however the client must credit Moth in some form or fashion. Do not forget to upload with the watermarked version to avoid theft!Moth's work CANNOT be used for AI / NFT's.Moth's work cannot be used for ANY commercial purposes (merchandise, reselling, anything profitable, etc) unless commercial use and fees are discussed and paid.Moth is able to retain all rights to the original artwork including the right to post and use the artwork for any purposes in regards to portfolio and examples. However if the client does not want their commission to be posted before a certain date, please inform Moth towards the very beginning of your order.The client is not allowed to alter or edit the artwork UNLESS discussed prior. (Moth is really communicative, so please just ask.)Commercial use will cost an additional half of the total! For example, a 12$ commission with commercial use will add another 6$ to the total, requiring an 18$ payment in final.The Client can print and use the artwork for decoration or as a gift as long as there is NO financial profit gained from doing so.
〈 REFUNDS 〉
Once the commission has started, there will be a no refund policy.The exception to the no refund policy is if Moth is UNABLE to complete the whole commissioned artwork due to health problems and/or hardware/software malfunction, If this were to occur, the whole payment sent by the client will be refunded regardless of the progress made by Moth.Moth MUST also meet the deadline discussed prior with the client. Otherwise a refund is applicable.
〈 REVISIONS 〉
Moth will discuss when major changes are allowed with no additional cost, which will typically be around the sketch phase. However if the client agrees to a design then changes their mind after the outline is already done, there will be an additional fee for revisions. Moth is willing to do minor changes such as color changes with no additional fees.
〈 COMMUNICATION / DEADLINES 〉
Moth's preferred platform of contact is through Twitter. However if you want to contact Moth through another platform, please specify which one through VGEN messages!Delivery time will vary depending on the work that was commissioned. Deadlines will be stated in specific listings, but also discussed in the beginning with the client.Moth does not do rush fees as of right now!Updates will be provided throughout the time provided to keep the client up to date with the work being provided. DO NOT spam Moth with update requests. Moth will provide a basic guide as to when updates will be provided depending on the commission to better help anticipation!
